Patna, 28/7 (Bir Kishore Dash): Rabindra Bej, a retired teacher and noted organizer of Mooshakhari Panchayat Malli Poshi village under Patna block of Keonjhar district, passed away in the early hours of June 28. On his 11th death anniversar
