Supreme Court allows certified green crackers in Delhi-NCR from November 2 to 8
The Supreme Court has permitted the sale of certified green crackers in Delhi-NCR from November 2 to 6 and their bursting during specified hours on November 7 and 8. A complete ban will return from November 9.
