Mojtaba Khamenei in critical condition. Israel says won't be surprised if death is reported

Israeli media have claimed that Mojtaba Khamenei is hospitalized in critical condition. He also said that he won't be surprised if the news of his death comes out. However, there has been no comment from Iran.
