Kim Jong-un's sister refuses to comment on Trump's decision

Kim Yo Jong, the sister of North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un, has said Trump's move does not change South Korea's "provocative and aggressive nature." He said Trump's decision was not big enough to warrant comment.
