'Experts are at the root of the scam'

New Delhi: National Testing Agency (NTA) subject experts PV Kulkarni, Manisha Sanjay Hawaldar and Manisha Gurunath Mandhare are the main accused in the NEET paper leak, the CBI has said in its charge sheet.
