Complaint filed against Sonia, Rahul in Delhi-Odisha over Vande Mataram row

A police complaint was filed seeking registration of an FIR against Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi for allegedly obstructing the singing of 'Vande Mataram' during the Independence Day celebrations.
