City’s VIP culture far from over in Shillong

SHILLONG, Nov 5: Despite assurances that VIP culture on Shillong’s roads would be brought to an end, Thursday’s incident along the Barik-Dhankheti stretch suggests that little has changed on the ground, with ordinary commuters continuing to
