Can't call CM, Revenue Minister to explain the situation in Kuttanad: Reji Cherian MLA

Alappuzha: Kuttanad MLA Reji Cherian said that he did not pick up the phone to inform the Chief Minister and Revenue Minister about the rain havoc in Kuttanad. All houses in Kuttanad are under water.
