Bofors Scam: 40-Year-Old Case Ends Legally, Supreme Court Rejects Last Appeal

The Supreme Court has dismissed a petition challenging the 2005 Delhi High Court judgment acquitting the Hinduja brothers of all charges. With this, the 40-year-old Bofors scam case has come to a legal end.
