Digapahandi, 18.8 (Odisha): The final hearing of a cheque bounce case has been held at the Judicial Magistrate First Class (JMFC) Court, Digapahandi in Ganjam district. Magistrate Nilima Sarangi, who heard the case, found the accused guilty
